Hilton Pasadena Hotel

Thanks very much for a very nice stay during a recent business trip. The king room overlooks the mountain and includes coffee & tea makers and a fridge. Marvellous location, it's found close to a motorway.

The location was particularly good, within short walking distance to Oh Canada eh Dinner show. We ate at a beautiful restaurant with vegetarian choices.

The water pressure was not good and caused inconvenience.

We had a queen room and it was modern and modest.

Very-very nice staff, and high quality food!!!

Attended a wedding in San Marino

The location was great, adjacent to the Rose Parade / Rose Bowl as part of a group event that was based at the Pasadena Hilton, the name '' Hilton '' and restaurants and shopping in the old town and easily accessible. Furthermore, close to everything downtown.

No refrig., No microwave, no hot tub or pool, yet the price was on the higher end for Pasadena and similar to 4 star hotels in the area with far more amenities. This Hilton charged "Hilton" prices without the typical Hilton level of amenities. Too expensive for what you got and a very poor value proposition. We checked out 2 days earlier and found other accomodations.

The customer service from the front desk was impeccable, we felt very welcomed.

I didn't like the fact that as guest, we had to pay $18 for parking, that was ridiculous.

Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep, but bathroom privacy needed improvement.

Room was very clean. Check in and check out was fast. Their van took us where we needed to go around the area for free. A deli, Starbucks, a buffet and a small snack area was available. We didn't need to leave the hotel to eat if we didn't want to. Staff was helpful and polite (minus one very cranky old bell man and driver in the morning).

Hotel parking was very expensive. Bring your own pillows. They are flat and lumpy

Room was large and Internet was excellent. Large flat screen tv with hd. Outside staff was very helpful. Room heating was needed and worked very well. Proximity to Paseo del Colorado should be emphasized as well as easy walks to light rail station and restaurants, as these were a big plus. I was impressed by eco efforts by the hotel because these usually are at my inconvenience but were not in this case.

The close proximity to the pasadena convention center allowed the kids to play safely nearby while we enjoyed our stay. This experience was way better than our last trip in pasadena.

pool area lacked enough umbrellas for shade.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked the temperature control in the room.I Also liked that they have a Starbucks there and the Pumpernickel cafe. I also enjoyed the band they had there.

They could use fans in the bathroom as well as a portable vanity mirror that could be taken into the room to do makeup etc. while someone else uses the bathroom.

Nice breakfast especially the fruit

Thin walls, no and then you could hear neighbors making calls.
